Unlike the other Gear models the Gear Fit is designed to be a fitness band as opposed to a smartwatch. It does offer some smartwatch-like features such as a clock with various watchfaces, a calendar app and a stopwatch. Otherwise, the device was designed from the ground up to track fitness activity similar to the FitBit. The Gear Fit includes a heart rate monitor and several sensors to track exercise, sleep and more. The curved 1.84� super AMOLED display is unique to the device, and the module can be removed from the band completely. The Gear Fit is $199, which - should be noted - is pretty expensive for a fitness band.
